Our granite-built buildings tell a story of not just Cornwall’s industrial past, but of the people that lived here. With some 25+ years of experience of lovingly taking heritage buildings apart and putting them back together again, we specialise in the traditional uses of granite, lime mortars and slate. The scope of our previous projects have ranged from quaint, 300 year old, ‘one up, one down’ cottages through to towering, six-storey Victorian municipal buildings.

Truscott Building Preservation specialise in the restoration and conservation of Cornwall’s stone-built cottages, listed buildings and monuments. From a small chimney or gutter repair through to a full façade restoration; we apply all of our experience and passion to every project we undertake.
